I had a great experience at Better Bedding recently. We ordered a new couch with Michelle, and we couldn’t get over how friendly and helpful she was. Before we even visited the store, she answered a few questions we had on WhatsApp, which was incredibly convenient. When we came into the store, even though she was clearly very busy, she spent a lot of time with us to make sure we chose the perfect couch. She even contacted the manufacturer while we were there to see if it was possible to make some modifications we wanted. Although she spent nearly two hours helping us, we never felt rushed. In fact, it felt like we could have been there all day and she still would have been just as patient. It was clear that she genuinely wanted us to be happy with our choice. I couldn’t speak more highly of her customer service or the store in general. Michelle was extremely approachable, never put any pressure on us to make a purchase, and offered plenty of helpful advice and honest opinions, which we really appreciated. We actually bought a table from Michelle at Better Bedding two years ago, and at the time we were also very impressed with both the customer service and the quality of the product. We can’t wait to receive our new custom couch and will definitely be repeat customers again in the near future.

I recently purchased two beds and mattresses from Better Bedding and had them delivered from Galway to West Clare. Michelle was really incredibly helpful, advising on the different options, and delivery timelines. Michelle's communication was excellent throughout and she followed through always on additional information requested. I never once had to chase them for information - which is rare these days. This is my second time purchasing from Better Bedding and the quality of both the products and the customer service is excellent.

We have been buying our mattresses from Better Bedding for many years but needed to purchase a new one recently & was very pleasantly surprised with all the lovely interiors that this shop are now doing. Michelle was absolutely brilliant to deal with & as always it was a seamless experience from first visit to delivery. Thanks to all the team involved, we will be back!

I was visiting Galway last Friday. I called into Better beds shop to pass some time. Michelle was very busy on the phone and laptop but she made sure to say hello and offer her help with anything that interested me. She came over after a bit and showed me some of their stock. She was extremely helpful and it was clear that she knew a lot about style, colour, space and current trends. I would definatly go back again, it is one of the nicest shops I have been in for a while and Michelle made it all the better.
